How do we ensure that Rotterdam doesn't just grow in housing and commercial square meters, but also keeps room for makers, social initiatives, rough edges, and experimentation? That question is central to Maak Plaats! (Make Room!), the first cahier from the Coalitie Creatieve Ruimte Rotterdam (CCRR), a co-production of engage Rotterdam and Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend (GRAW).
